Bridge Together is an approved Short Breaks service provider with the
Nottinghamshire County Council.
Our service offers respite care for children and young people with a range of learning needs between the ages of 5 and 18 years old.
We offer weekly group sessions every Saturday during term time and every day of the week during the school holidays.
At Bridge Together we provide fun and inclusive activities for all. We like to explore our local community and like to go on fun trips too!
