​Are you someone who loves to make a difference? At Bridge Together, we provide high-quality respite care for children and young people with complex learning difficulties — offering families the support they need and giving every child the chance to shine.

We’re looking for Support Workers who are caring, patient, and full of enthusiasm to join our growing team at our newly opened Cotgrave Site! You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive environment where no two days are ever the same — from sensory play and creative activities to community outings and laughter-filled moments.

What we’re looking for:

• A passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs

• Reliability, compassion, and a positive attitude

• Experience in care, education, or similar settings (desirable but not essential — full training provided!)
